Khuphuka's Training & Development Model

Khuphuka's integrated training and development model has been implemented, tested and refined in a variety of development projects over the last decade. The key objective is to ensure sustainability of the development process after Khupuka's intervention has come to an end. The outcomes we work towards are a well-organised community in charge of its own development, in which ample opportunities are provided for the development of local entrepreneurs and production facilities, against a background of food security, life skills, health and self-esteem. In a word: Sustainability.
